Building on the success of the HX370S, the HX380 5W Commercial Grade handheld VHF has been upgraded with a 1600 mAh Lithium Ion battery, providing more than 13 hours of use on a single charge (5/5/90 duty cycle). The HX380 has been engineered for unparalleled reliability and exceeds the IPX7 waterproof standard for submersion, 3.3 feet or 1 meter, for up to 30 minutes.

The HX380 combines multiple features for a wide variety of users: commercial-grade construction, all USA, International, and Canadian Marine Channels, an optional speaker microphone/headset jack, and is capable of being programmed with up to 40 Land Mobile Radio channels (134 MHz to 174 MHz) with CTCSS and DCS signaling.

Additional features include Programmable Scan, Priority Scan, Dual and TRI Watch, programmable channel names, NOAA weather channels with weather alerts, selectable 5/1 Watt transmit power, a 10-channel preset key, and a battery life indicator. The HX380 is supplied with a 1600mAh Li-Ion battery, heavy-duty belt clip, 110 VAC, and 12 VDC trickle chargers with a drop-in cradle. An industry-leading 3-year waterproof warranty backs the HX380S.

Shipping to Canada will be calculated accordingly and shipped with UPS.

Orders with any additional weight or large dimensions may be subject to Oversized Package Fees. Anchors, Trolling Motors, Fishing Rods, Marine Equipment, Riggers, Tents, for example will all see additional charges. FREE SHIPPING OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES

RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If there is an issue with your item/order, please contact us within 30 days of the original receipt. If the item is returned unopened in the original packaging, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 14 business days of the issuance of the credit or refund. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, documentation and registration that shipped with the item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

A 10% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee is in effect on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.
We do not permit the return of the following products, unless due to manufacturer defects:
• Special orders and products/ specifications
• Illumination devices, electronic sights, night vision equipment and any optics

PLEASE NOTE:
When selecting a carrier for your package that you insure the carrier offers shipment tracking to offer a safe return or declare the full value so that you are covered/ protected if the shipment is lost or damaged. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item and any loss or damage during shipping while selecting a carrier.
